Crystal Coffey’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in family, tradition, and a genuine desire to help others. Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, she grew up immersed in the industry—her grandparents founded Croley Realty Company, her mother worked as a Realtor, and her father owned Tennessee Valley Title Insurance Company. From an early age, Crystal gained hands-on experience assisting with residential and commercial transactions, developing a strong understanding of the title process. Inspired by her grandmother’s simple yet powerful philosophy - “I like to help people”- Crystal began her own real estate career in 2004. Today, she brings that same heartfelt commitment to every client, making each home journey personal, meaningful, and focused on care.
